We are pleased to inform you that on 25 January 2010, members of VTS HQ and Euroheat HQ Executive Boards made a decision to merge VTS and Euroheat Groups.

Merging of the companies is aimed at optimization of operations and increase of their efficiency. We believe that it will allow us to meet the needs of our clients much better.

Incorporation of Euroheat structures to structures of VTS is associated with changes in both organizational and functional fields, while the product offer, sales conditions and terms of cooperation remain unchanged.
