VTS SERVICE and Warranty

The introduced VTS SERVICE system of services guarantees top class of the service. Thanks to a series of certification trainings workers of Authorized Services possess thorough knowledge and qualifications to render installation and operation services concerning VENTUS AHUs. An extensive network of services guarantees 24 hours a day availability and quick response. VTS SERVICE renders the following services:

• On site assemblage of an AHU out of provided components – service guaranteed within the price of purchase;
• Connecting and starting an AHU;
• Distribution of operation elements and spare parts for VTS devices;
• Complex assembly service and realization of ventilation system: ventilation ducts, automatic control system, controllers programming, measurement and adjustment of operation parameters, installation of supply devices (selected services).

Along with an AHU we deliver a Warranty Card where the whole history of the AHU’s operation is recorded. The VTS units guarantee amounts to respectively:

• VENTUS AHUs – 3 years from the date of sale;
• Casing of VENTUS AHUs – 5 years from the date of sale;
• Other products (including control elements) – 2 years from the date of sale.
