Our recruitment process
Stage I:
You will start stage I by answering our advertisement. If you cannot find an interesting offer on our web site, fill in the application form. If a vacancy suiting your abilities and fields of interest occurs, we will notify you and invite you for an interview.
Stage II:
In stage II you will be able to present yourself during an interview conducted by a HR employee. It will also be an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about VTS at first hand. Interviews are conducted both in Polish and English. You will then be requested to undergo a short personality test that will allow us to learn more about you. We will also ask you to perform a task similar to the ones that you will perform in the position you apply for.
Stage III:
If the results of stage II are positive, you will be invited to a meeting with your future superior. This meeting will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the work in the department that you chose. The final decision is made after the qualifying interviews. It is based on a thorough assessment of the whole recruitment process you took part in.
