De-aeration of device / drain of heating medium:

You can de-aerate the device by loosening the de-aerator screw (1).
To get access to the screw you have to remove the masking plug.
You drain the heating agent with the use of the drain plug (allen key) (2) which you access by removing the masking plug.If you want to start the device after draining the heating agent, you have to remember about de-aeration of the heater. You should also pay attention so that water does not get accidentally to the casing while the heating agent is drained

Holder mounting:

The bracket is optional. In order to attach a bracket to the device, use crown drill bits to drill holes in the top and bottom panels of the heating unit (in places marked by 6), and insert sleeves
into the holes. Slide holder arms onto the sleeves. Insert M10 screws into the top and bottom sleeves, and fix the bracket position in relation to the heater while tightening the screws. When you
adjust the device in the right position, fit plugs onto the bracket

The bracket unit consists of:
1. ARM (1 piece, type A or B); 2. HOLDER (type A or B); 3. M10 SCREW WITH A WASHER AND NUT FASTENING THE CLAMP (2 sets); 4. M10 SCREW FASTENING THE HOLDER TO THE
UNIT HEATER (2 pieces); 5. PLUG (2 pieces); 6. MOUNTING SLEEVE (2 pieces)

Air guide adjustment:

In order to change the position of the air guide it should be pulled into the direction indicated in the drawing (1) and simultaneously its right edge should be bent in order to insert a mounting bolt into the hole. Then the same should be repeated on the opposite side.In order to disassemble the air guide the clip in the middle part holder (2) should be released.

Assembly with the use of mounting pins:

No screws, mounting pins or holder are included. They are available as an option. The device may be mounted on any construction as long as it is solid and stable.Two threaded mounting holes can be found on the upper and lower board of the device. In order to mount the device with the use of mounting pins holes must be drilled where indicate (1) and M 10 pins should be inserted into threaded holes inside the device.

Heating agent coupling:

While the heating agent pipeline is installed, the exchanger's coupling should be protected against the operation of the torque moment (1). The weight of the pipeline should not be carried by the heater coupling. It is possible to connect the pipeline with the help of flexible coupling (the blowing angle of the device may be regulated).

Covers:

To mount a coloured cover you should place it on the front as indicated (1) and slide it as shown (2) until you hear a click.To remove a cover you have to press it in the area of the catch and slide it outside along the heater cover. One set of covers is included.
