Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing sales structures of international corporation,
• Establishment and development of dealers network on new markets,
• Implementation of new products on the market,
• Evaluation and control of efficiency of business activities in the company,
• Implementation and control of corporate standards in sales activities,
• Support to Managing Directors in selected regions.

Requirements:

• Higher education from technical university in the scope of sanitary engineering, air-conditioning, machinery or similar (MBA education will be an additional advantage),
• Min. 5 years of experience in managing of sales structures in international corporations,
• Good knowledge in HVAC and AHU markets,
• Successes in implementation of work standards in sales teams and business development,
• Fluent command of English,
• Readiness to frequent travelling,
• Decisiveness and efficiency in action,
• Ability to conduct negotiations,
• High organizational and communicative skills.
